Recently, Airstone has achieved another milestone — the company has successfully secured an export order for 212 refrigerated dryers with a Russian client. This marks another significant breakthrough in the refrigeration equipment sector following its air compressor products, underscoring the continuous expansion of Airstone’s brand influence in the Russian market.

As a core device for compressed air purification, refrigerated dryers demand exceptional stability and adaptability to extreme environments. The Russian client in this collaboration is a well-known local industrial gas processing enterprise, with operations spanning energy, manufacturing, and other sectors. It imposes strict standards on equipment’s low-temperature tolerance and dehumidification efficiency. Airstone’s refrigerated dryers stood out with core advantages such as “stable operation at -40°C” and “dew point control accuracy of ±3°C,” passing multiple rounds of client testing to become the preferred brand for bulk procurement.

Jessica, the sales representative in charge of the project, stated: “From initial technical communication to adjusting equipment parameters for Russia’s climatic conditions, our team spent three months refining the solution. The client’s primary concern was ‘energy consumption under low-temperature conditions.’ By optimizing the refrigerant circulation system, we achieved a 15% reduction in energy consumption compared to industry standards, which was the key to winning their trust.” She added that the team not only provided equipment parameters but also shared similar application cases in Siberia, using data to address the client’s concerns.

Currently, the 212 refrigerated dryers have completed production and debugging, and are set to be shipped via the Port of Vladivostok, with an estimated delivery time of 45 days to the client’s designated facility. This order not only demonstrates Airstone’s technical expertise in refrigerated dryers but also lays a solid foundation for the company’s expansion into Russian-speaking markets.
